Mr. Prem Anand is the Founder of 'Bliss Anand Group' In 1975 he started the Organisation with a spirit of enterprise fueled by his vision. As an enterpriser he faced every challenge with determination courage and zeal, setting an example for the second generation. As a leader he built a culture based on enterprise, innovation, and a human values. "The intention is to create a finely crafted company, that works in harmony with its natural setting."

Mr. Vikas Anand an Engineer by Qualification, has a keen interest in taking the Bliss mantle to new heights. He has an unorthodox approach, creating opportunities from, seemingly imposible areas. He takes pain to achieving his dreams, in bringing them to reality. He believes in break throughs than gradual improvements in working. With this approach, he achieved a vast exposure to Global Market in the area of Field Instrumentation and specialty Valves. Determined to take 'Bliss Anand' to Global Standards.

Mr. Gaurav Anand played a vital role in Getting 'Bliss Anand' brand acceptable to Middle East Market, which is very tough, as the existing suppliers are from Market leaders from developed countries. His relentless Labour payed dividents, by way of acceptance of Bliss Products in well established Middle East Market. An ever ready, to serve customer approach has created a trust and feel comfort climate among the most respected Engineering/contracting firms in Middle East. He leaves his stamp of personal attention and care among customers with his unique down to earth approach.

Mr. Yuvraj Anand (MSc Mathematics and Finance, Imperial College London) head the Bliss Anand's Research and growth department aims to facilitate new product development, increase existing product efficiency and automate operational tasks at the Group company.

Dedication to Innovation and Legacy: My academic interests have developed over time. Growing up amidst a family of engineers that manufactures fields instruments and valves, for over fifty years, my exposure to technology has been fairly extensive. However, at both the undergraduate and postgraduate level I had chosen to study and specialise in Mathematics. While there were debates in the family over my decision to pursue Mathematics, I had chosen it because it best represents the way I lead my life. I am logical, rational and just like a Mathematics solution; you can reach me from very different paths and perspectives. Throughout these four years, I learnt such abstract ideologies and a whole lot of them, that I felt to have developed little mastery in any specific field, yet I now feel that whatever comes my way can be learnt and then developed upon. It has nullified my fear of approaching new concepts and increased my curiosity, as I feel everything stems from Mathematics or at least has a link to it.

We are all lost, some a little and some a lot, but we are all lost together! We have been given this chance that we call life to explore the beauty that surrounds us. Let us not be a burden to nature but rather enhance it in order to reap its ever so sweet fruits.

Last but not the least, I would like to dedicate a short passage to my Grandfather (Founder of Bliss Anand) who is no longer with us. According to many including myself, was one of the greatest men to inhabit this planet. He was an enlightened soul, free from the nature of a typical man. One of his concepts, "Boundaryless Boundaries", really stuck with me after his passing. He said that a man that is disciplined by his own principles and essentially in his own freedom, is awakened and aware. I wish to be a fraction of what he was and radiate the positivity he did.

A note for The Bliss Anand Group: The future potential for the oil and gas sector is limited. Like with most things in life, change brings manifold opportunities. This is the era of technology and if we do not welcome emerging technologies, then we may well expect stagnancy in global growth and progression. My dedication to pursue new technology and branch it within the family business is immense.
